With Over 30 years of combined insurance experience, our team is able to understand that every client’s needs are different, and we focus on what is best suited for each individual client.

The Vail Agency is one of the first independently owned and operated Alfa agencies in Alabama and the only agency to reach the Hall of Fame Ranking in the state of Alabama.

In addition to Birmingham, we are proud to also serve the Chelsea, Alabaster, Helena, Hoover, Calera, Columbiana, Inverness, Mountain Brook, and Pelham communities in Alabama.

What an amazing team ! From the front desk when I call to speaking with an actual agent. Ashely Petrus was very informative about everything answered all my questions in a timely manner and even followed up with me. Although I decided to go with another insurance company this year, I had saved her contact information. I’ve had a few insurance companies (for my vehicle) but none of them compare to the care I’ve received from Alfa. I was blown away at the care I received during my home claim. This is my first home so when we had water damage after a year of purchasing, I expected complications but they took care of us with no questions asked. Alfa contacted us within 1 hour of the water damage and placed us in a hotel. Within 3 weeks, we were back in our home. After I submitted receipts of food and damaged furniture, I had a check within a day. Because of the care I received, we will be customer for life. It’s not about the money, but because they were there for us and quick to get us back to normal, that’s what blew us away. It’s almost like it never happened because we were back to normal in no time. Thank you, Alfa!
